Ticket & Access Perks

Lounge access, premium entrances, and which tickets unlock extras.

  • Chase Lounge access is included with select premium seats and available to Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders - it's located on the main concourse and includes complimentary food and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • The premium Court Level seats (sections 1–12) include access to a dedicated pre-game lounge and in-seat wait service - the closest courtside experience in New York City.
  • Sections 201–218 (200-level corners) are the best value non-premium seats; they're significantly cheaper than lower-bowl equivalents and have clean elevated sightlines to center court.

Entry & Logistics

Fastest gates, bag policy, and when to arrive.

  • The main entrance is on the Atlantic Avenue side (south facade). Gate 5 on the Pacific Street side (northwest) consistently has shorter lines than the main Atlantic Ave gates for weeknight games.
  • Bag policy: clear bags maximum 12"×6"×12" or one-gallon clear zip-lock bag; small non-clear clutch purses up to 4.5"×6.5" are permitted.
  • The arena is extremely well-served by transit - if taking the subway, build in 10 minutes for turnstile and platform congestion at Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr on big game nights.

Parking & Transit

Where to park, transit options, and postgame exit tips.

  • Barclays Center is one of the best-served arenas in the NBA by subway: B, D, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, 5 lines all stop at Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr station directly below the arena.
  • The Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Atlantic Terminal is directly adjacent - an excellent option for fans coming from Nassau or Suffolk County without needing to enter Manhattan at all.
  • If driving, the Barclays Center Parking Garage on Pacific Street is the closest structure at $35–$45 on game nights; the BAM Cultural District garages on Ashland Place are typically $10–$15 cheaper.

Insider Tips

Pro fan knowledge you won't find on the official site.

  • The Barclays Center Oculus - the bowl-shaped interior scoreboard - is one of the most visually distinctive scoreboards in the NBA and puts on a notable pre-game light show worth watching from your seat.
  • The Prospect Heights and Park Slope neighborhoods surrounding the arena have some of Brooklyn's best dining: Olmsted, Claro, and Roman's for a real sit-down meal; Shake Shack and Stinky Bklyn for quick options.
  • The interior bar at the arena's 40/40 Club (Jay-Z's sports bar inside the building) is accessible to ticketed fans - the lines move faster on weeknights than weekends.
