Ticket & Access Perks

Lounge access, premium entrances, and which tickets unlock extras.

  • The Court Level seats (sections 1–15, floor) include access to the Chase Club, an all-inclusive pre-game lounge with food and beverage service located behind the lower bowl.
  • Club Level seats (200-level sections) include access to the 200 Club, a dedicated bar and lounge with shorter lines and upscale food options compared to general concessions.
  • Upper bowl sections 201–230 offer some of the best budget values in the Eastern Conference - the arena's steep rake means upper deck seats have better angles than many NBA arenas.

Entry & Logistics

Fastest gates, bag policy, and when to arrive.

  • The main entrance is on Ontario Street (east side, Huron Road). Gate E on the south side is typically the fastest entry point for lower-level tickets - better than the main Ontario Street gate on sellout nights.
  • Bag policy: clear bags maximum 12"Γ—6"Γ—12"; small non-clear clutch purses up to 4.5"Γ—6.5" permitted. The FieldHouse uses digital ticketing exclusively - download your tickets before arriving.
  • Arrive 35–40 minutes before tip for most games; the $185 million renovation completed in 2019 significantly improved concourse flow, but East 4th Street traffic backs up on major matchups.

Parking & Transit

Where to park, transit options, and postgame exit tips.

  • The Huron Road Garage (1211 Huron Rd) connects to the arena via an enclosed sky bridge - the most convenient option at $25–$35. Gateway Plaza Garage on East 4th Street is slightly cheaper at $20.
  • The RTA Red Line stops at Tower City–Public Square, a 10-minute walk east to the arena - serviceable but not as direct as other NBA transit options.
  • East 4th Street is the restaurant/bar corridor directly adjacent: The 9 hotel bar and Mabel's BBQ are both pre-game staples. Arrive via Huron Road and walk the street before entering the arena.

Insider Tips

Pro fan knowledge you won't find on the official site.

  • The 2019 renovation added entirely new interior facades, a new scoreboard, updated locker rooms, and social gathering spaces - it's one of the more comprehensively renovated arenas in the NBA.
  • East 4th Street (directly adjacent) is Cleveland's best restaurant row: Mabel's BBQ (Michael Symon), Lola Bistro, and Bar Symon are all on the same block as the arena's gate entrance.
  • For playoff games, the Cavaliers fan base generates legitimate noise comparable to any arena in the NBA - the building's bowl design creates an acoustics amplification effect most apparent in the upper sections.
