• Club 35 (sections 35 and below, floor level) is the most premium in-arena membership tier - all-inclusive catering, dedicated lounge, and the highest percentage of former champions in any NBA crowd.
• Chase Lounge access is included with select Chase card premium seat packages - located on the main concourse behind section 120, it provides complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Upper Bowl sections 214–222 (200 level corners) offer the best budget access - Chase Center's sightlines from the upper corners are cleaner than most NBA arenas due to its oval shape and steep rake.

Fastest gates, bag policy, and when to arrive.

• The main entrance is on Terry Francois Boulevard (east side, Mission Bay). Gates B and C (southeast quadrant) are fastest for most lower-bowl seats on weeknights.
• Bag policy: clear bags maximum 12"×6"×12"; small non-clear clutch purses up to 4.5"×6.5" permitted. Chase Center uses Ticketmaster mobile delivery only - no printed tickets at will call.
• Arrive 50–60 minutes before tip for high-demand games; Chase Center's Mission Bay location creates significant traffic on Illinois Street and Terry Francois on sellout nights, and parking structures fill early.

Where to park, transit options, and postgame exit tips.

• Muni T Third Street Line has a dedicated Chase Center station at the arena - this is the unambiguously best transport option from downtown San Francisco, 20–25 minutes direct.
• Chase Center Parking (pre-purchase via the Warriors app) is $50–$60 for game-night reserved spots; these sell out for playoff games weeks in advance. Nearby Mission Bay lots are $30–$45 but fill by 90 minutes before tip.
• Rideshare drop-off is on 16th Street (north side); for pickup, use the designated rideshare lot off Channel Street - walking there post-game saves 15–25 minutes versus curbside pickup on Terry Francois.

• Chase Center opened in September 2019 as the first privately funded arena in NBA history - $1.4 billion, zero public subsidy. The Mission Bay neighborhood around it has been transformed into a sports-and-biotech hub.
• Oracle Park (San Francisco Giants) is a 15-minute walk along the Embarcadero - on afternoon game days, a pregame walk along the waterfront is one of the best arena-approach experiences in the NBA.
• Spark Social (food truck park, 601 Mission Bay Blvd N) is the best pre-game option in the immediate neighborhood; for full sit-down dining, Mission Rock Restaurant or the restaurants of SoMa (15 min by Muni) are the standard choice.
