Ticket & Access Perks

Lounge access, premium entrances, and which tickets unlock extras.

  • The Courtside Club (floor/first-row seats) includes access to the Fieldhouse Club - an upscale pre-game lounge with all-inclusive dining directly off the court level.
  • Club Level seats (sections 201–218, 200-level midcourt) include access to the Club Level restaurant - full table-service dining with reserved seating and a notable local Indiana food menu.
  • Upper bowl sections 218–230 are among the most affordable in the league - Pacers ticket prices consistently rank in the bottom third of the NBA, making this an excellent value market for neutral fans wanting a premium experience on a budget.

Entry & Logistics

Fastest gates, bag policy, and when to arrive.

  • The main entrance is on Pennsylvania Street (south side). Gate 1 (Pennsylvania Street) is the primary entrance; Gate 4 on Market Street (north side) is faster for sections 201–212 and draws less pre-game congestion.
  • Bag policy: clear bags maximum 12"×6"×12"; small non-clear clutch purses up to 4.5"×6.5" permitted. The 2022 renovation updated all turnstiles and entry tech - digital ticketing is now the exclusive format.
  • Arrive 35–40 minutes early; Indianapolis's downtown grid is easy to navigate and parking garages are well-distributed, making Gainbridge Fieldhouse one of the most stress-free arenas in the NBA to arrive at.
🚇

Parking & Transit

Where to park, transit options, and postgame exit tips.

  • The Pan Am Plaza garage (201 S. Capitol Ave, connected via skywalk) is the most convenient attached option at $20–$25; the Circle Centre Mall garages on Georgia Street are $10–$15 and a 5-minute walk.
  • Gainbridge Fieldhouse is in the center of Indianapolis's walkable downtown - nearly every downtown hotel is within 10–15 minutes on foot, making it one of the easiest NBA arenas to arrive without a car.
  • IndyGo Blue Line rapid transit stops nearby on Washington Street; for most attendees, the best option is staying downtown and walking - Indianapolis has heavily invested in safe, lit pedestrian infrastructure around the arena.
