Ticket & Access Perks

Lounge access, premium entrances, and which tickets unlock extras.

  • The FedEx Club (sections 101–122, 100-level) includes access to the FedEx Club Lounge - all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages in a dedicated space behind the lower bowl.
  • Silver Level Club seats (200-level sections 201–220 midcourt) include access to a dedicated Club Level lounge with food and bar service - a meaningful upgrade for a mid-tier price premium.
  • Nosebleed seats at FedExForum regularly go for $5–20 on secondary markets for non-marquee games (Lakers and Warriors being the exceptions) - one of the best budget NBA experiences in the country.

Entry & Logistics

Fastest gates, bag policy, and when to arrive.

  • The main entrance is on FedExForum Drive (south side, between 3rd and 4th Streets). Gate 1 (south, FedExForum Drive) is fastest for most tickets; Gate 4 (north, Second Street) is recommended for sections 201–212.
  • Bag policy: clear bags maximum 12"×6"×12"; small non-clear clutch purses up to 4.5"×6.5" permitted. Memphis security teams are thorough - arrive with all bag contents ready to speed up the line.
  • Arrive 40 minutes before tip for most games; for nationally televised games (Memphis is a passionate TV market), 55 minutes is safer as Beale Street crowds and arena arrival overlap heavily.
🚇

Parking & Transit

Where to park, transit options, and postgame exit tips.

  • Park at the Silly Goose Lounge garage about 2 blocks north of the arena - usually around $15, and it puts you on Beale Street for the walk down. One of the cheapest game-night parking options in the NBA.
  • Surface lots on Third Street are cheap and an easy walk to Gate 1. Street parking fills by 45 minutes before tip on busy games, but the surrounding blocks offer more options than most NBA arenas.
  • Rideshare pickup on Beale Street (walk 3 blocks north to Handy Park) is faster than arena-adjacent pickup - shorter surge times and faster ETAs once you clear the immediate arena footprint.

Insider Tips

Pro fan knowledge you won't find on the official site.

  • B.B. King's Blues Club on Beale Street has live music starting from noon on game days - great pre-game atmosphere and solid food just a short walk from the arena.
  • Section 101 is widely considered the best non-premium seat in the building - sightlines are significantly better than comparable sections and the lower bowl gets loud on rivalry games.
  • Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken is a short rideshare from the arena and is one of the best meals you can get before an NBA game anywhere in the country - a Memphis institution.
