Ticket & Access Perks

Lounge access, premium entrances, and which tickets unlock extras.

  • The BMO Club (sections 101–115, lower bowl midcourt) includes access to the BMO Club Lounge - all-inclusive food and beverage, and a realistic chance of player encounters pre-game in the club area.
  • The Titletown Club (upper premium suites) is the most exclusive tier; for the general fan, the BMO Club section offers the best combination of sightlines and amenities in the building.
  • Upper bowl sections 213–228 (200-level upper) offer excellent budget value; Fiserv Forum's bowl shape and 17,341-person capacity (smallest of any full-season NBA venue) means no seat feels far from the action.

Entry & Logistics

Fastest gates, bag policy, and when to arrive.

  • The main entrance is on 4th Street (Deer District side, west facade). Gate 1 (4th Street) is the primary entrance; Gate 3 (north, Juneau Avenue) is faster for sections 101–112 and recommended for Deer District arrivals.
  • Bag policy: clear bags maximum 12"×6"×12"; small non-clear clutch purses up to 4.5"×6.5" permitted. Fiserv Forum opened in 2018 and was designed with modern entry flow - security queues move efficiently even at capacity.
  • Arrive 40 minutes before tip; the Deer District outdoor plaza fills rapidly on playoff and premium game nights, with crowds extending into Old World 3rd Street by 60–70 minutes before tip.

Parking & Transit

Where to park, transit options, and postgame exit tips.

  • Milwaukee Brat House in Shorewood offers a shuttle service to and from the arena on game nights - a popular option that lets you start the evening at a classic Milwaukee sports bar without worrying about parking downtown.
  • Deer District Parking structure (adjacent to the arena on 4th Street) is $25 pre-purchased via the Bucks app - the most convenient option and sells out for playoff games.
  • The interstate garages on Old World 3rd Street and the downtown Milwaukee parking structures near the Milwaukee Public Market are $10–$20 and a 5–8 minute walk.

Insider Tips

Pro fan knowledge you won't find on the official site.

  • Deer District is the 30-acre entertainment plaza surrounding Fiserv Forum - bars including The MECCA Sports Bar & Grill, Buck Bradley's, and DRINK Wisconsinbly are all connected to the arena footprint.
  • Fiserv Forum opened in 2018 at a cost of $524 million and is one of the smallest NBA arenas by capacity - this intimacy is intentional and creates noise levels that significantly exceed the building's size.
  • Milwaukee's Usinger's Famous Sausage (on Old World 3rd Street, 5-minute walk) is a city institution with a 140-year history - picking up a bratwurst before the game is a genuine local tradition worth doing.
