• The Lexus Club (sections 101–121, lower bowl) includes access to the Lexus Club Lounge - all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages behind the lower bowl, with the most exclusive access in the building.
• Club Level seats (200-level midcourt sections) include a dedicated Club Level lounge with full food and bar service - the primary premium upgrade for OKC fans who want an amenity step up from general concessions.
• Upper bowl sections 301–322 are the budget option; Paycom Center's smallish capacity (18,203) means upper deck seats are genuinely close to the action and the atmosphere is consistent throughout the building.

Fastest gates, bag policy, and when to arrive.

• The main entrance is on Reno Avenue (south side). Gate 3 (west side, E. Sheridan Ave) is consistently the fastest entry point for most sections and recommended for avoiding the main south plaza congestion.
• Bag policy: clear bags maximum 12"×6"×12"; small non-clear clutch purses up to 4.5"×6.5" permitted. OKC is car-dependent - plan accordingly and arrive with digital tickets downloaded offline before leaving home.
• Doors open 90 minutes before tip. The SW entrance near sections 117–118 is where Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and other players typically sign autographs - arrive early and position yourself there for the best chance.

Where to park, transit options, and postgame exit tips.

• Official Thunder parking lots (surface lots on S. Broadway and S. Robinson surrounding the arena) are $15–$25 depending on proximity - pre-purchase via the Thunder app for guaranteed entry on sellout nights.
• Downtown OKC surface lots within a 3–5 block radius are $10–$15; arriving 60 minutes early gives the best selection of these independent lots. Oklahoma City has invested in downtown pedestrian infrastructure to support the arena walk.
• Rideshare is broadly the best option for out-of-town visitors; the designated pickup zone is on E. Sheridan Ave (north side). OKC surge pricing post-game is moderate compared to larger NBA markets.

• Concessions are half-price during the first hour after doors open (90 minutes before tip) - a well-known OKC insider tip that saves real money. Get your food and drinks early.
• The Thunder have arguably the most passionate small-market fanbase in professional sports - the OKC metro has 1.4 million people yet consistently sells out Paycom Center and sends over 2,000 fans to major road games.
• Bricktown entertainment district (10-minute walk east via the canal) is Oklahoma City's restaurant and bar hub: Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill, Sushi Neko, and The Wedge Pizzeria are all along the Bricktown Canal walk.
