Ticket & Access Perks

Lounge access, premium entrances, and which tickets unlock extras.

  • The Lexus Club (sections 101–116, lower bowl) includes access to the Lexus Club Lounge - all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverage service behind the lower bowl on the main concourse.
  • Club Level seats (200-level sections 201–218 midcourt) include a dedicated Club Level lounge with full food and bar service - a notable upgrade for a market where the Magic's rebuilding years have kept ticket prices accessible.
  • Upper bowl sections 301–322 offer the best budget experience; Amway Center's 18,846-seat capacity keeps sightlines reasonable throughout and the building has efficient climate control - important for summer NBA events in Florida.

Entry & Logistics

Fastest gates, bag policy, and when to arrive.

  • The main entrance is on Church Street (south side). Gate 1 (Church Street, south) is the primary and busiest entrance; Gate 4 (north, Amelia Street) is consistently faster for sections 201–214 and recommended for SunRail arrivals.
  • Bag policy: clear bags maximum 12"×6"×12"; small non-clear clutch purses up to 4.5"×6.5" permitted. Amway Center is connected to downtown parking via a climate-controlled skywalk - important for Florida summer heat and sudden afternoon thunderstorms.
  • Arrive 35–40 minutes before tip for regular games; for playoff games or nationally televised matchups, arrive 1 hour early - the energy in the building has noticeably elevated with the team's recent playoff runs.

Parking & Transit

Where to park, transit options, and postgame exit tips.

  • GEICO garage ($25) is one of the best parking options - enter from the 5th floor for shorter security lines and faster entry to the arena. A consistent fan recommendation for saving time at busy games.
  • Surface lot at the corner of Division and South Street offers cheaper parking within walking distance - a popular alternative to the official garages when you want to save $5–10.
  • SunRail commuter rail has event-night service - Church Street station is a 2-minute walk from Gate 1, making Orlando one of the more transit-accessible smaller NBA markets on game days.

Insider Tips

Pro fan knowledge you won't find on the official site.

  • Amway Center opened in 2010 and was designed with Florida climate in mind - the skywalk parking connection, fully climate-controlled concourses, and covered exterior sections all reflect subtropical engineering.
  • International Drive (I-Drive, 15 minutes west by rideshare) is the tourist corridor, but downtown Orlando's Mills 50 and Thornton Park districts are the authentic local dining neighborhoods worth visiting before or after games.
  • The Magic are building around Paolo Banchero - the energy in the building for nationally televised games has noticeably elevated from recent years, making this a good time to see the team before ticket prices follow.
