• Your Suns game ticket includes free Valley Metro Light Rail fare for the day of the game - a rare perk that makes the transit option essentially free and removes any excuse not to take the train.
• The Dos Equis lounge is accessible through the section 108 tunnel - note that autograph access before games is primarily for season ticket holders and kids in the first 5 rows of section 108.
• Club seats (200-level sections 201–218 midcourt) include a dedicated Club Level lounge with full food and bar service - a meaningful upgrade for Phoenix's premium-hungry fanbase.

Fastest gates, bag policy, and when to arrive.

• The arena opens 90 minutes before tip - arrive early to take advantage of the extra time to explore, grab food before lines build up, or position yourself near the court during pre-game warmups.
• The main entrance is on Jefferson Street (north side, 1st Street). For sections 201–215, Gate C (east, 1st Ave) is significantly faster on sellout nights than the primary north entrance.
• Bag policy: clear bags maximum 12"×6"×12"; small non-clear clutch purses up to 4.5"×6.5" permitted. Phoenix summers mean the Gate A plaza has no shade - arrive exactly on time rather than standing outside in the heat.

Where to park, transit options, and postgame exit tips.

• Valley Metro Light Rail fare is included with your Suns ticket - Jefferson/1st Ave station is one block from Gate A, making Footprint Center one of the best-served NBA arenas by light rail. Service runs from Tempe/Mesa and Glendale.
• Footprint Center Garage (north side, under the arena) is $25–$35; downtown Phoenix garages on 1st and 2nd Streets are $15–$20 and a 3–5 minute walk. Pre-purchase via the Suns app eliminates cashier-line delays.
• Rideshare pickup is on 2nd Street (south side); post-game surge pricing in downtown Phoenix is moderate - waiting 20 minutes inside the building before requesting generally reduces both surge and wait time.

• Footprint Center is fully cashless. Service charges on food and beverage go to the arena, not individual workers - tip your servers directly in cash if you want to take care of the staff.
• CityScape Phoenix (adjacent, 1 block north) is the immediate pre-game entertainment block - Yard House, Arrogant Butcher, and Majerle's Sports Grill (Dan Majerle's restaurant) are all within 200 yards of Gate A.
• Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour (1 W. Jefferson St, directly adjacent) is one of the best cocktail bars in the Southwest and is a genuine locals' choice before games - far superior to arena concessions for alcohol.
