• Upper bowl sections 301–324 offer the best budget access; Frost Bank Center's 18,418-seat capacity keeps all sections close to the action, and the Spurs' well-maintained facilities make this one of the more comfortable budget-seat experiences in the NBA.

Fastest gates, bag policy, and when to arrive.

• The main entrance is on E. Commerce Street (east side). Gate 1 (east, E. Commerce) is the primary entrance; Gate 4 (west, Alamodome side) is faster for sections 201–212 and recommended for fans arriving from the Broadway corridor.
• Bag policy: clear bags maximum 12"×6"×12"; small non-clear clutch purses up to 4.5"×6.5" permitted. The Spurs are among the most family-oriented fanbases in the NBA - arrive with children with extra time for security.
• Arrive 40 minutes before tip; San Antonio is car-dependent and surface lots surrounding the arena are extensive, but they fill for sellout games. VIA Metropolitan Transit buses serve the arena corridor.

Where to park, transit options, and postgame exit tips.

• Official Spurs parking lots (A through F surrounding the arena) are $15–$25 depending on proximity; Lot A (adjacent, E. Commerce Street) is $25 and the closest. Pre-purchase via the Spurs app guarantees entry.
• St. Paul Square (directly adjacent) has free parking after 6pm on game nights - combine with a pre-game dinner at the square's restaurants for the most efficient arrival.
• VIA Metropolitan Transit has limited direct service to the arena; San Antonio is primarily car-dependent. Rideshare pickup is on E. Cesar Chavez Blvd (south side) - walk south one block to reduce post-game wait times.

• Mi Tierra Café and Bakery (218 Produce Row, Market Square) is open 24 hours and has served San Antonio since 1941 - a legendary institution where you'll encounter locals at every hour. A 10-minute rideshare from the arena.
• St. Paul Square (directly adjacent to the arena's east side) is a preserved 19th-century neighborhood with restaurants and live music venues - it's the best pre-game option in the immediate vicinity and has free parking on game nights.
