This policy describes how ArenaPass collects, uses, and stores your personal information when you use our website at arenapass.live. By using ArenaPass, you agree to the practices described here.
Data We Collect
- Email address — collected when you create an account, used to log you in and send essential account communications.
- Username — a display name you choose, shown publicly on tips you submit.
- Check-ins — records of which arenas you have marked as visited, including the date.
- Arena tips — tips you submit are stored and displayed publicly alongside your username.
- Game logs — games you log in your profile are stored privately and visible only to you.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the ArenaPass service
- To display your check-in history and profile on the site
- To show aggregate stats (total check-ins, total members) on the homepage
- We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.
- We do not use your data for advertising or marketing beyond ArenaPass itself.
Third-Party Services
ArenaPass uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your account data and content is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
- Vercel — our web hosting provider. They may log standard server access data such as IP addresses and request metadata.
- Google Analytics — we may use this to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, general location, device type). No personally identifiable information is shared.
Deleting Your Account and Data
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This includes your profile, check-ins, game logs, and any tips you have submitted.
To request deletion, email us at hello@arenapass.live with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process your request within 7 days.
